Public toilets
Modern restroom facilities are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the shopping centre and are open according to the shopping centre’s opening hours. On the 1st floor, you will find a baby care room and restrooms. On the 2nd floor, there are restrooms in the restaurant area, a spacious baby care room (baby care centre), and an accessible toilet.
The accessible toilet on the 1st floor is temporarily out of use. The accessible toilet on the 2nd floor is available as normal during the centre’s opening hours. An access key/tag for the accessible toilet can be obtained from the restaurants or from the security staff. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The key to the 1st floor baby care room can be obtained from Picnic when the café is open.
The 2nd floor baby care room is available Mon–Sat 9:30–21:00 and Sun 11:30–21:00.
A children’s play area is located on the basement level near Tokmanni.
Storage Lockers
The shopping centre has storage lockers where you can leave your belongings for the duration of your visit while the centre is open. The lockers are located on level P1 and are emptied daily when the shopping centre closes.
Parking
A warm and the most modern parking hall in the city can be most easily reached from Lappeenkatu 7 (address for navigation) via a traffic light controlled intersection. It is especially useful to take advantage for large spaces in levels P2-P4.
